Questions

Is this payroll?

No. It's an estimate from your bookings, to check before you pay anyone. It doesn't handle taxes or send payments.

Where does the price come from?

From the booking's order. Bookings without an order use the service price times participants, and the report marks them so you can check.

Are future bookings counted?

Not by default. Turn on "Include upcoming bookings" to see a forecast.

What about no-shows and refunds?

Bookings you mark as no-show aren't paid unless you turn that on. A full refund gives no commission, but hourly, per-session and per-participant pay still apply. A partial refund is marked for you to check. Unpaid bookings count too.

Does the app store my clients' details?

No. It reads bookings to calculate pay and keeps only your pay rules. Client names and emails aren't shown or stored.

Does it convert currencies?

No. Amounts are added up as they are, so the report assumes your site uses one currency.
